My long standing engineering background, combined with my 15+ years of extensive real estate experience and training has given me the ability to pay attention to detail, and think logically and strategically while assisting you in negotiating the terms of your transaction. My charge is to get the best price possible for you, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of stress on us all. As a dual careered professional, I have taken two very different careers and meshed them in a way that delivers nothing more than excellence. Please take a look at my testimonial page.
I pride myself on being personable and empathetic when it comes to understanding my client’s needs. A real estate transaction whether buying, selling or renting is one of the most significant transactions any person will make. All transactions are different and all clients are not the same. There’s a very delicate balance when transacting Real Estate because of its personal nature. I get it, and have the ability to adjust. This is one of the most personal transactions that you’ll make. No Pressure, no judgment.
I hold a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Dayton in Electronic Engineering Technology with a minor in Industrial Engineering Technology. I am a Radio Frequency Engineer and a Realtor.
